Phạm Duy Tùng: Driving Rad Cam Forward A graduate of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education, Tùng was key in keeping Rad Cam rooted in Vietnam. With hands‑on engine experience, translation skills, and persistence, he guided early prototypes and helped avoid costly mistakes.
The results of those trials showed a plus for design but a minus for several materials we used. Our experience was much like how Thomas Edison put it. "We did not fail. We just found 10,000 ways that don't work!"
His dedication and persistence ensured Kamtech OBE 1 survived challenges and continued until we solved virtually all remaining problems.
