Donald James Duncalf: A Lifetime of environmental concern image
Jim Duncalf has devoted his life to protecting the Earth and advancing energy innovation. From the start of his career, he has worked to develop clean, safe, and practical ways to power our modern world. As spokesperson for the Illinois Department of Energy (1976–1980), he spoke at universities, business forums, and expos, introducing pioneering technologies that reduced energy use and reshaped public understanding of energy efficiency.

Today, Jim continues to challenge laws that grant monopolies to large utilities—especially in transportation. He argues that reliance on coal, petroleum, nuclear, wind, solar, and hydro comes with hidden costs: devastating ecosystems, polluting the air, and releasing toxins that claim millions of lives.

At the center of his advocacy is Kamtech’s On Board Electric (OBE) technology—a truly zero-emission breakthrough. When powered by additive-free fuel, its exhaust is composed only of water vapor and carbon dioxide, the very foundation of life.

For more than two decades, Jim has been a passionate voice for bringing this innovation into the mainstream, pushing for a future of mobility that is efficient, clean, and economical. His vision is clear: a world where progress no longer comes at the expense of the planet.
